I will close my door, lock the window shade, he will be out there on the sidewalk. I will turn up the music, press my face to the screen, but he would keep knocking at my door. I will say, “I’m busy; I can’t talk,” But he will hover, just the same. I will say, “I’m not well; I can’t see you.” But he’ll stand there and he’ll stare.
